All Special Ed Record Requests�

• Must include the student’s name and birth date.
• Misspelled names, wrong last names or birth dates can cause a delay in the transfer of records.
• Records are processed in the order they are received.
• Records are sent via email (password protected), or by fax.

Transferring Student Records�

• Withdrawing Students
• Student must be withdrawn before records can be sent to the new school.
• See the Registrar’s page for more information on the withdrawal process.
• New school must request records.
• Records CAN NOT be sent without a record request.
