  • Log in to ACE.

  • Click Digital Marketing

​

  • Click BHHS Resource Center

​

  • Log in

Libraries

The libraries are where all the content resides. You can narrow your search by using the Search Bar and filter options. There are two libraries in the system:

​

Master Library: All master templates reside in this library.

My Library: All your content resides in this library.

​

Click the ALL dropdown arrow in the search bar.

​

Click eCards to open Templates.

Click the Topic drop down to select a particular topic for your eCard.

​

Enter search criteria in the search field at the top of the screen as well. (Labor Day)

Click the quick view icon to display a preview of a template.

Review card and Click Show Details

To begin customising the eCard.

​

Click Get started on the new window.

Enter a name for the eCard

​

Click continue to begin editing

EDITING THE ECARD:

​

  • Optional - Edit subject
  • Optional - Click green dots and edit text or photo
  • Required - Click any yellow dot and edit text or photo
  • Review your profile information for accuracy
  • Click single Agent in the upper left if two profiles are displayed

​

Once all editing is complete all dots should be green to proceed.

​

If desired, click preview in the upper left.

​

Share card in the upper right.

  • Send email (email to yourself and forward to others)
  • Click links to produce a URL link you can copy and paste in an email, blog or website
  • Click to share on Social Media

Note: The BHHS REsource Center offers materials in several languages:
