Drawing is another venue to creatively catalogue emotions and experiences. In our solution, each user receives a drawing challenge from another user to draw something, either from auto-generated prompts or by creating her/his own.

Scientific studies have shown that writing in a journal can help adjust to isolation and confinement. Journaling provides an outlet to catalogue the day’s events (positive, negative, or neutral) that can help improve mood.
