Protocol Transfer: where we left off

Rarible is transferring the ownership of the Rarible Protocol to the DAO in 2 phases:

• Phase 1: transfer ownership of Exchange contracts bundle
• Will enable the DAO to vote on Protocol monetization and collect fees
• On track to execute in Q4 2023
• Phase 2: transfer ownership of the remaining Protocol contracts
• Will enable the DAO to vote on Protocol modifications and upgrades
• Timing to be determined
