Fill the online application form (* indicates information required)

Submit motivation and workplan summary (limited to 2000 words). See what is need to be included in the letter above the box.

2nd Step

Fill out the requested host information and the amount of reimbursement

NOTE: Acceptance letter will be submitted on the 3rd step

3rd and Final Step

​

Submit the letter of support from the Home Institution and letter of acceptance from Host Institution

NOTE: You may apply for more than one STSM. BUT, only one application for each Action.

  • Scientific report, which is structured by COST, need be submitted by the applicant within the 30 days following the end of STSM. After the approval by Host Institution, reimbursement will be made.
