The purpose of the showcase is to communicate your professional learning and growth over the course of the year. We are also hoping that it will provide you with an opportunity to learn from your colleagues and their experiences.

Review your learning throughout the year, specifically the artifacts/evidence you have collected that demonstrate professional and/or student growth. This may come directly from your ILPs, it does not need to be something different.
Select the piece that you are most proud of!
Determine which CSTP best aligns with your selected artifact. You will be sharing with others who select the same CSTP.
Register for the appropriate CSTP (Use the Google Form on Canvas) .
Prepare a short presentation (5 - 7 minutes) that accomplishes the following:

Share your proudest moment in teaching and learning this year, highlighting your piece of evidence/artifact
Describe why you chose this piece to demonstrate student and/or professional growth
Explain how it aligns with your selected CSTP
Share your plans for moving forward and building off this experience
Be creative! You may present your information any way that you would like.
