Team Snap/Spordle:

  • All of our registrations are done through Spordle this year.
  • This season our league schedules will be available on the Spordle app. (log in with the same credentials used when registering)
  • Players are rostered to teams by FFHA in Spordle and will also be added to team snap for this season as we fully transition to Spordle.
  • It is VERY important that you DO NOT MANUALLY roster players because then they will look “UN-ROSTERED” from our side of things and the. A duplicate registration profile is created, one with incomplete information.
  • Sometimes we are waiting for payments before rostering players, for example, If you are missing a player on team snap or in Spordle you must reach out to the coordinator (Elizabeth Coleman ffhacoordinator@gmail.com)
  • You can add bench staff, but not until approved.

GAMES

Public

  • Games and referees are scheduled for you for regular season games. Contact April Gleeton, our treasurer to schedule refs for exhibition games.

  • NEW THIS SEASON! Online game sheets are being used via the Spordle App.
  • Spordle allows for electronic game sheets (this can be on the phone or a tablet), however, for this season paper game sheets will also be distributed while teams adjust to the new process. (Delayed until rosters are complete in Spordle – stay tuned)

  • Clock – Home teams are responsible for the clock. This can be by a parent volunteer, or the team can hire someone to do this, but payment comes out of the team budget. I recommend creating a parent schedule at the beginning of the season and letting them switch amongst themselves if need be.
