  1. If you are new to SEL Choice Boards, watch this quick tour with Rachel Bacosa, Social-Emotional Learning Instructional Coach at Sunnyvale School District.�
  2. Choose SEL activities from the choice board that you see a need for.�
  3. Assign the activities to your class. �

Make a Gratitude Jar

  • Decorate any jar and place it in a common place with pen and papers.

  • Write what you’re grateful for and put in the jar.

  • At the end of the week, read all the gratitudes before or after dinner with your family.

  • What part of your day do you feel most excited about? Why?
