Line of Sight: The Line Joining the observers eye and the object observed is known as Line of Sight
Angle of Elevation: The angle between the horizontal Line and The line of Sight which is above the observer’s eye is called as Angle of Elevation.
Angle of Depression: The angle between the Horizontal Line and Line of Sight which is below the observer’s eye.

In this triangle
sin(30°) = Opposite Side / Hypotenuse = 2.8 / 5.6 =1/2

Start with: sin(45°) = Opposite/Hypotenuse
1/√2 = h/20
h = 20/√2
= (20 x √2) / √2 x √2
= (20 x √2) / 2
