Installing an app / extension from the Chrome Web Store
Search by name / keyword or select an app from a collection:
Click on the app to find out more, then click on ‘free’ to install and confirm:
Apps and Extensions
Web apps (or apps for short) are websites that require no downloads or just a small installation. They are usually available from the Chrome Web Store.
Extensions make changes to your Chrome browser, e.g. Chrome Speak, Text Mode etc. Once installed from the Chrome Web Store, they are available on all websites you visit in your browser.
Apps for iOS and Android
Apps for iOS are only available through iTunes from the App Store.
Apps for Android Devices are available from several locations, namely Google Play and Amazon.
