Social Artistry…a transformative approach

In order to be able to lead, individuals must understand

their own motivations and expectations and be clear

about their values. They must tap into their depths to

develop a wide range of their human capacities. By

strengthening and expanding themselves as

individuals, they can better walk into a wide variety of

situations with wisdom, courage, and compassion.

Social artistry is a transformative approach to

building leadership capacity that can effectively

cultivate the kind of leaders necessary to facilitate

change.
