Question: If my child uses a dentist outside of Mainline Health, can they still see the dental team at Mainline Health?
Answer: Absolutely! We work with other dental providers in the area and communicate with them to ensure continuity of care. We are here for YOUR convenience!

Behavioral Health (BH) Services require a REFERRAL, and it must be a scheduled appointment.Â
(BH services ONLY available for students and staff)
For the first BH appointment (intake) a parent/guardian MUST be present. There may be other specific forms, screeners, etc. that will need to be filled out prior to the visit.Â
PLEASE ALLOW AT LEASTÂ 1.5 HOURSÂ FOR THE INTAKE APPOINTMENT.Â

Medication management services are available to support students with mental health needs and are incorporated in the behavioral health care plan at the parent/guardians discretion. The nurse practitioner works closely with the therapist to ensure that students receive appropriate medications and monitoring to enhance their well-being and academic performance.

We accept ALL health insurances including Medicaid, Medicare, and private health insurance.
If you or your child do not have health insurance, we offer a sliding fee that is income-based to cover services.
You ARE responsible for any co-pay, coinsurance, deductible, etc. We accept cash and credit card payments.

DOT PHYSICALS
Karen Richardson, APRN (Primary Care Provider) can do DOT physicals for bus drivers and ALL commercial licensed drivers.
This includes staff members and their IMMEDIATE FAMILY members.

CONSENT FORMS
Consent forms must be renewed every school year. This form allows Mainline Health to TREAT a minor and MUST be filled out PRIOR to your child being seen.
We encourage EVERYONE to fill out a consent form for their child at the beginning of the school year in case of an emergency.
