What is the difference between a hybrid car and a regular car?
A hybrid car uses both electricity and gas whereas a regular vehicle only uses gas. A hybrid car uses electricity to power it until it reaches a certain speed and when breaking, it stores the electricity used in the battery pack.
What are the environmental effects of a conventional vehicle?
Conventional cars pollute the earth in more ways than one. They are a major source of air and noise pollution. Automobiles contribute 20% to 25% of the worlds carbon dioxide emissions.
