Available Times

Google Calendars are defaulted to allow viewing available times

Subscribe to a user’s calendar to see their availability

Subscribe to Calendar:

  1. In Calendar, on bottom left
  2. Click + by Other Calendars
  3. Click Subscribe to calendar
  4. In Add calendar, enter email of user
  5. The calendar is added on left
  6. On top left, click ←Settings
  7. Calendars are listed on left
  8. Check the box to toggle calendar in

your Calendar view

Share Your Calendar

In Google Calendar

  1. On bottom right, hover mouse on your calendar
  2. Click three dots
  3. Click Settings and sharing
  4. On left, click Calendar settings
  5. In Calendar settings, scroll down to Share with specific people
  6. Click Add people
  7. Enter email
  8. Set sharing permissions that you prefer
  9. Click Send
  10. The person added received an email with an invitation to

add the calendar
