Extra steps to be perform before uploading.

Please replace all “ ,” to “,” as most of the time BAT will provide SKU ID with extra spaces.

Please Select �7-Eleven (West) for 7-11 PO upload, �Family Mart for Family Mart PO upload.

Hit Error during upload

Please contact for Januah’s help if you have followed all the steps but still getting error during upload.

This will be happened if the site ID provided is wrong, or wrong Date format, or maybe wrong SKU ID.
