Active Voice :

is a sentence in which the subject acts upon its verb. (Subject as the actor)

Passive Voice :

is a sentence in which the object acts upon its verb. (Object as the actor)

You must know that :

Not all Active voice sentences can be formed in Passive Voice

Sentences which have transitive verbs can be formed in passive voice.

When the sentences consist of intransitive verb, they can be formed in passive voice
