Gift Voucher Redemption Process - Online

Step 1 :Scan product as per normal billing process

Step 2: Enter Customer’s Mobile Number

Step 3: Enter SM Code & EAN Number

Step 4: Click on Proceed

Step 5: Select VG | Vouchagram Voucher from dropdown in E Payment Type

Step 6: Enter the Gift Voucher code starting with V in the Gift Coupon box

Step 7: Click on Add

• On clicking Add, if Gift Voucher is Valid then you will receive pop-up – VG Voucher has been redeemed.
• If Gift Voucher is already consumed then you will receive pop-up – VG Voucher has been redeemed earlier!

Important Note:

Once a Gift Voucher has been consumed in any transaction, please Do Not click on Back Button as if post redeeming consuming the GV if you click back the GV

Can Not be used

Remaining balance can be collected by Credit / Debit card or by Cash

Step 8: Cashier to select CC | Debit Card in E Payment Type

Step 9: Enter TXN No. and TXN Amount

Now you can see that the product amount has been collected in full

Step 11: Click on Print to close the billing

Once Cashier clicks on Print, a Retail Invoice No. will be generated as shown below

Step 1: If customer has Gift Voucher then for redeeming Gift Voucher, Cashier to click Clt + G GV

Step 2: Scan the product as per the normal billing process

• Gyftr widget will open up
• Cashier to enter Gift Vouchers in box along with Customer’s Mobile no. and Bill No. & click on Submit

Please Note: Max 4 Gift Voucher codes are allowed in 1 bill

1 Gift Voucher to be entered in one box provided

• Cashier can check status of the Gift Voucher by clicking on Check Status
• Gift Voucher details will flash in a pop-up box
• Cashier can close the box by clicking on OK

Gift Voucher Redemption Process - Offline

Important Note:

Once a Gift Voucher has been redeemed Close the Widget before proceeding to billing.

If you do not close the Widget the GV value will not get adjusted from the Bill

Now he returns to the POS screen and where he sees a pop-up showing details of the Gift Voucher (GV) consumed such as GV count and GV value

Please Note: Do not come out from billing screen before completing the whole billing process.
