What if I bring my child to school on the wrong day?

Accidents happen, it is a confusing time….but…

PLEASE make sure you know the days your child will be at school for IN-PERSON.

Students are in COHORTS for SAFETY reasons, it helps with contact tracing.

If you bring your child to school on the wrong day, you are putting your child and other children in AT RISK!

Use a CALENDAR and mark down the days your child will be in school!

Blended Learning

• Learning will happen 5 days a week!
• Technology will continue to be an important tool for learning.
• Teachers and parents will work together to make sure our children take part in daily lessons during remote days.
• Students will receive small group and individual support.
• Students continue to use digital tools for individualized instruction (Dreambox,I-ready)

Remote Only Learning (100% from home)

• Learning will happen 5 days a week! (exclusively from home)
• Teachers and parents will work together to make sure our children take part in daily lessons during their day remotely
• Students will receive small group and individual support from classroom teacher and remote teacher (from P.S. 249 staff)
• Students continue to use digital tools for individualized instruction (Dreambox,I-ready)
