Prioritizing My Health and Well-Being as I Head Back to School

Going back to school can bring on a variety of feelings-excitement, nervousness, anxiety and many more. This is especially true as we are currently experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic. Some of the ways to help deal with the many feelings you may be experiencing at this time is to reflect and understand why you may be feeling the way you are. Another way is to take some time to make a plan for back to school, whether you are attending in person or doing distance learning.
