Regular Business

  • Approval of September 2023 Meeting Minutes

2023-2024 Budget Update

  • Movie Event earned about $130 (spend was less than $500 budgeted and ticket sales ended up higher than $500 budgeted)
    • BIG thanks to Yawen Chen and Barbara Andersen for organizing!

​

  • Bingo Night earned at least $210 ($35 from general donations and $175 from two of the food vendors, so far)

​

  • Bank of the West is now BMO
    • Better/more thorough report on budget update next month
    • Quickbooks Online did not adjust well to the switch, so there’s some clean-up to do

Scholastic Book Fair

434 Students redeemed their $10 sponsored by Parents Club

17 Teachers redeemed their $65 sponsored by Parents Club

1 Librarian redeemed $250

16 Classes visited the book fair during library time

38 volunteers gave 76 hours of service

And 1,670 books were purchased and 635 were sponsored by Parents Club

  • Friday, October 27th from 5-9pm @ Chabot

  • The entire family can come dressed in costume for an evening of games, prizes, music, and candy!

  • Pre-order game wristbands & some food options now on the Paw Shop

  • Pumpkin carving/decorating contest

    • Candy donations - We’re collecting candy & trinkets NOW until 10/27

​

    • Work days - Sundays in October, next one is 10/22 to make props for Haunted Hallway
      • TP rolls, newspaper, plastic frisbee, barbies & dolls, spray foam, copper spray paint, Biohazard stencil, green fluorescent paint

​

    • Trunks - Need cars to participate in Trunk-or-Treat line up (3-4)

​
