• Solidify balanced college list
• 9 - 12 total
• Safety, target, reach
• Start/continue working on Brag Sheet
• If applying to private/out-of-state colleges, have you requested LORs?
• Schedule a one-on-one meeting with your Samohi College/Career Counselor (even if you are working with an independent/private consultant)
• Drafts of
• UC PIQs
• Common/Coalition App essay
• Supplemental Questions (if applicable)
• If applying to colleges/programs that use a talent-based process*, start/continue working on
• Portfolio
• Pre-screening
• Audition
• *many may have earlier deadlines, research now to avoid last minute tasks

LOR & Transcript Request Guidelines

• REQUIRED for those applying to private and/or out of state colleges
• YOU must complete Guidelines in order to ALLOW US to submit YOUR official school documents
• FERPA
• We, CCC, submit YOUR official school documents (LOR, transcript, Secondary Report, etc.)
• NOT required for CSUs and UCs (at this time)
