The main objective is to calculate the frequency response functions of different types of materials subjected to impact conditions, to characterize their dynamic behavior. Also, perform the set up of the instrumentation to carry out the experiments. It is intended to use the finite element method (FEM) in ANSYS and compare the results with experiments.
