2026 Pilgrim Budget Performance…so how are we doing?

Giving tends to be seasonal, yet expenses are linear.

4 of 4

Summary

  • Through July, YTD, expenses are outpacing our giving and we are behind by $32,127.
  • Expenses are linear and giving is seasonal; save memorials and designated funds,

we have no reserve amounts

  • Minimally, it will take another $50,000 (15% increase) per year to call a full-time pastor
  • Maintenance of our facility is going to require significant expense and professional

skills (i.e., photos)

  • We plan to apply to SC LMM, to combine the LMM & FCB loans to a new 10-year

term…if we receive it, it is forecasted to save $6,000 per year

  • The new fire station will save $650 per year on our casualty insurance premium
  • We have demonstrated the potential to do this last year in paying down the mortgage!

Now we need to give at a higher, consistent level.

  • It takes all of us to support our ministry as best we are able. Thank you for your past

generosity and thank you for considering how you might support our common

mission moving forward.
