Have you ever felt worried?

So worried that your tummy started to hurt?

Or the worry in your mind was all you could think about?

We all worry sometimes. Being worried a little is okay, but being worried all the time is not.

Because the more you think about your worries, the worrier you are going to get.

But the good news is:

The chances that bad things happen in life are little.

And even if they happen, we can still recover or be happy again.

Activity:

Paper Fortune Teller

14

First, you will make a paper fortune teller. If you are unfamiliar with how, watch this video:

After you’ve made the fortune teller, on the inside flaps write some good thoughts that could be helpful for you to remember. Example:

Breathe, Relax, I am ok. I am loved. I am brave.

Once you are done, begin by saying your negative/bad thoughts into the fortune teller and end with your good thought you wrote as a way to remember the power you have to control and change your thinking!
