Required Immunizations

  • Can take up to 6 months to complete
  • MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap
  • Can substitute serologic test results; requires blood draw
  • Fee of $47 to upload this document to Castlebranch

Departmental Information Sessions

  • Each program requires completion of a Program- Specific Information Session prior to application
  • Can be online, in person, or both

TEAS Testing

  • Assessment of reading, math, science, and language skills

  • Dental Hygiene, Occupational Therapy, Radiology, and Nursing require TEAS

  • Apply to SAS before registering for TEAS if you need test accommodations

  • Nursing fee = $70

  • Allied Health = $104

Upon Admission to a Program

  • Important: DO NOT initiate these items until instructed by department after admission
  • Background Checks ($64 with employment)
    • If you have anything that might flag on a Background Check, it is best to address prior to admission to a program
  • Drug Screening ($32)
    • Positive Drug Screen will result in withdrawal from a program and ineligibility to any other HS program (credit or CEU) for 1 year
