Toronto, May 31, 2017 – After nearly 5.5 years of contentious litigation between the Committee On Monetary and Economic Reform (COMER) and the Government of Canada involving three separate Federal Court and two additional Federal Court of Appeal hearings resulting in contrary decisions, on May 4, 2017, the Supreme Court of Canada dismissed COMER’s “leave” (permission to appeal) application from the second judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal.
Following established practice, the federal Supreme Court does not issue reasons when it dismisses a leave application. The dismissal by the Supreme Court of the Leave application, means only that the Court does not want to hear the appeal. The jurisprudence on this is clear: it does not mean that the lower court decisions are correct in law. The possible reasons for the Supreme Court not wanting to hear the case are many and various, including the washing of their hands or “deference” to the political process – hence, this is why reasons are not issued by the Supreme Court in leave dismissals.
We believe that the case has ample legal merit, and should have proceeded to trial. It is not uncommon for the Supreme Court to refuse leave on a given issue multiple times, finally to grant leave, hear the appeal and the case then succeeds. The Supreme Court controls its own agenda, both in its timing and on the merits of issues it will or will not hear. (Annually, fewer than 8–10% of all cases filed are granted permission and heard at the Supreme Court of Canada.)
It should be noted that throughout this arduous and expensive legal process, the substance of this lawsuit initiated in the public interest has not been addressed. The matters raised by the lawsuit are summarized in the original news release (pdf) issued on December 19, 2011.)

High amount of Glyphosate found in 200 Canadian Foods tested

This brief analysis is drawn from the results of the 200 out of 7,000 entries of data from results of foods tested by CFIA for presence of Glyphosate or AMPA, which is the first metabolite of glyphosate and equally nasty. I have so far managed to transcribe (retype into a spreadsheet) and partially analyzed the data into a separate table, and writing this summary on the partial sets of data.
66% of Canadian samples and the same 66% of US samples had some amount of glyphosate/AMPA. Out of that, 36% of Canadian Samples and 40% of US samples had measurable quantities of Glyphosate. Canadian Samples had trace amount showing up on Glyphosate Screening, but no concentration amount was measured.
Samples from the rest of the world are few, but fas as I can see, the food from the rest of the world is cleaner than the North American when it comes to Glyphosate contamination

Heritage Minister Melanie Joly ignores NCC 6 month site review
and 8000 submissions for New Civic Hospital Campus

On November 24th, the National Capital Commission (NCC) Federal Site Review for the New Civic Campus of the Ottawa Hospital announced their choice from the 6 month, 12 sites, 1000 page report with over 8000 inputs from the public. They chose the Tunney's Pasture site as having the best location of mass transit, roads, sewers, electrical, water, and only one building to remove, an old heating plant.
The response from Jack Kitts, CEO of the Ottawa Hospital rejected the NCC decision saying there were too many buildings to remove and it would be too costly and time consuming. First of all there is only one heating plant to remove and with a timeline of 2026, there is plenty of time to build on the Tunney's site. As well, the Tunney's site has adequate sewer, water and electrical systems already in place. The Sir John Carling site on the Farm also has a fault line running through the construction zone that would add engineering costs to construction of the hospital and still pose a risk.
According to the NCC site review, the Experimental Farm site would give an initial 50 acres to the hospital site along with an additional 20 acre option. That is 70 acres of Experimental Farm land gone to developers.

Canada integrating universities into its militarist foreign policy

An important aim of the new national defence policy Justin Trudeau’s Liberal government announced last June is to integrate the country’s universities more fully into the ruling class’ aggressive and increasingly militarist foreign policy.
The 113-page defence policy document outlines policy changes to draw universities, individual academics, and “promising” graduate students into playing a more important role in developing high-tech armaments and formulating strategy and propaganda for the aggressive assertion of Canadian imperialism’s interests and ambitions around the world.
The defence policy calls for a major rearmament program as well as the “modernization” of NORAD (the North American Aerospace Defence Command), in furtherance of the Canadian Armed Forces’ participation in ongoing and future US-led wars around the globe.
The real objective of the policy was made clear by Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland in early June when she said Canada must be ready to use “hard power,” i.e. wage war, to defend its interests under conditions of growing “threats” arising from the rise of China, “Russian expansionism,” and the collapse in popular support for the US-led world capitalist order.

An obituary for small modular reactors
Small modular reactors are being heavily promoted but the economics don't stack up

The nuclear industry is heavily promoting the idea of building small modular reactors (SMRs), with near-zero prospects for new large power reactors in many countries. These reactors would have a capacity of under 300 megawatts (MW), whereas large reactors typically have a capacity of 1,000 MW.
Construction at reactor sites would be replaced with standardised factory production of reactor components then installation at the reactor site, thereby driving down costs and improving quality control.
The emphasis in this article is on the questionable economics of SMRs, but a couple of striking features of the SMR universe should be mentioned (for details see the latest issue of Nuclear Monitor).
First, the enthusiasm for SMRs has little to do with climate-friendly environmentalism. About half of the SMRs under construction (Russia's floating power plant, Russia's RITM-200 icebreaker ships, and China's ACPR50S demonstration reactor) are designed to facilitate access to fossil fuel resources in the Arctic, the South China Sea and elsewhere.
Another example comes from Canada, where one application of SMRs under consideration is providing power and heat for the extraction of hydrocarbons from oil sands.
A second striking feature of the SMR universe is that it is deeply interconnected with militarism:
State-run SMR programs
State-run SMR programs ‒ such as those in Argentina, China, Russia, and South Korea ‒ might have a better chance of steady, significant funding, but to date the investments in SMRs have been minuscule compared to investments in other energy programs.
And again, wherever you look there's nothing to justify the high hopes (and hype) of SMR enthusiasts. South Korea, for example, won't build any of its domestically-designed SMART SMRs in South Korea ("this is not practical or economic" according to the World Nuclear Association).
South Korea's plan to export SMART technology to Saudi Arabia is problematic and may in any case be in trouble.

Behind closed doors at the World Health Assembly (WHA) meeting in Geneva this week, health officials from around the world began hammering at the black box of secrecy surrounding the pharmaceutical industry.
As the debate in the room heated up, observers were surprised that Canada was among the countries that seemed to be trying to weaken that effort.
"You disappointed us this week, Canada," Love told CBC News. "You guys are supposed to be the good guys, right?"
Love described several examples where Canada requested changes that softened the resolution.
In one case, the original wording called on countries to "undertake measures to publicly share information on prices and reimbursement cost of medicines." But Canada joined Germany, the U.K. and Australia to eliminate the word "public."
And instead of "requiring" companies to release the costs and the results of human clinical trials, Canada suggested "encourage and support," according to a text of the changes published by Love's group.
"People are already encouraged," said Love, adding that the whole point is to force companies to disclose the information. "You're just blocking the reform."
Love pointed to Germany and the U.K. as the strongest voices against increased industry transparency.

A plan to bury low-level nuclear waste at a site near the Ottawa River is raising opposition from municipalities and environmentalists. The company behind the project, Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, says it's safe. The Near Surface Disposal Facility proposal is in year three of an environmental assessment handled by a regulator the Liberal government is on the verge of stripping of that responsibility.
A proposed dump for low-level nuclear waste near the Ottawa River has stirred up opposition from community groups, environmentalists, and municipalities worried the waste could leach into the river that flows past about 50 federal ridings, including Ottawa Centre, the home of Parliament Hill and Canada’s environment minister, Catherine McKenna.
Members of Parliament from riverside ridings closest to the site of the proposed dump at the sprawling nuclear laboratories at Chalk River, Ont., are largely staying out of the fray. That includes Ms. McKenna, who has the final say over an environmental assessment for the project that is being conducted through a Harper-era assessment process, which she and an independent review panel have discredited.

Executive Summary
This report was prepared for the Concerned Citizens of Renfrew County and Area (CCRCA) through a grant from the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission's Participant Funding Program.
The present report is intended to link two documents, the Integrated Waste Strategy issuing from Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL) in April 2017 and the Regulatory Oversight Report for Canadian Nuclear Laboratories' Sites: 2018, issuing from the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) in September 2019.
Under the terms of the funding agreement, the participant is instructed to “review the Regulatory Oversight Report for Canadian Nuclear Laboratories Sites: 2018 and prepare a report on CNL's Integrated Waste Strategy that examines issues such as the consolidation of high, intermediate, and low-level radioactive waste at Chalk River Laboratories, as well as waste characterization and analysis, packaging, labeling, and transport considerations,” and to “Summarize the findings and recommendations in a written report to be submitted to the Commission.”
CNL's Integrated Waste Strategy was first expounded in an April 2017 document entitled Canadian Nuclear Laboratories Integrated Waste Strategy, Summary Document, Company Wide, CW-508600-PLA-006, Revision 0, henceforth referred to as the Integrated Waste Strategy. This CNL document, published 19 months after the consortium of private companies that now owns and operates CNL was awarded the contract to manage federal nuclear properties, represents a radical departure from radioactive waste practices and strategies previously espoused by Atomic Energy of Canada (AECL). In what Canadian news room is what’s happening to Wikileaks founder Julian Assange and to press freedom not worthy of the public’s right to know?
This week Swedish prosecutors dropped their sexual misconduct investigation of Assange for lack of evidence. On CBC’s The National Ian Hanomansing took less than 10 seconds to update the nation on what is arguably the most important press freedom story of our time.
On October, 21 Assange, whose incarceration in high security Belmarsh prison in London has been deemed “psychological torture” by UN special rapporteur Nils Melzer, entered the next phase in the proceedings to extradite him to the US. If convicted as charged under 18 counts of the 1917 US espionage act Assange could face 175 years of prison for publishing US war crimes.
Was there not one Canadian journo assigned to a London bureau who was curious enough to walk over to Westminster Magistrates Court and file a report?
The October 21 hearing set the timetable for US extradition of the much-maligned Australian publisher. Assange’s lawyers had requested more time to prepare their evidence, including vital evidence from a Spanish court investigating security company UC Global hired by the CIA to spy on Assange in the Ecuadorian embassy. Assange’s lawyers also requested a preliminary hearing to determine whether the extradition treaty applied at all arguing that political offences are excluded from the extradition treaty. District magistrate Vanessa Baraitser dismissed the argument and told Assange that his full extradition case would begin on February, 25 as scheduled.
Former UK diplomat and independent journalist Craig Murray was at the hearing. “The reasons given by Assange’s defense team for more time to prepare were both compelling and startling. They had very limited access to their client in jail and had not been permitted to hand him any documents about the case until one week ago. He had also only just been given limited computer access (reportedly an inadequate device), and all his relevant records and materials had been seized from the Ecuadorean Embassy by the US Government; he had no access to his own materials for the purpose of preparing his defense.”
Why is this unfolding press freedom drama with implications for the future of journalism as we know it not on the news?
The US investigation of Assange and Wikileaks first began in 2010 under Obama after the transparency web site published Chelsea Manning’s leaked State Department cables, Guantanamo secrets, the Afghan War Diaries and the Iraq War Logs which includes ‘Collateral Murder’ the helicopter gunsight video that shows unprovoked slayings of civilians by US troops in the streets of Baghdad. Obama’s Department of Justice stopped short of bringing charges to Assange, “out of concerns that a precedent could be set for prosecuting publishers,” reported the New York Times.

As I’ve detailed in my current series of articles on the COVID PCR test fraud, the test is run in cycles. [1]
Each cycle is a quantum leap of magnification of the swab sample taken from the patient.
When the test is run at 35 cycles or higher, the result is meaningless. Millions of those results are false-positives. The patient is falsely told he is “infected.” [2]
However, most labs FRAUDULENTLY run the test at 40 cycles, or even higher. And the labs do not disclose, to patients or doctors, how many cycles they are deploying. [3] [3a] [3b]
So…here is a legal strategy lawyers should consider.
If a client is told to get tested, his lawyer states the following: “My client needs a sworn affidavit from the lab declaring how many cycles will be used.”
If the lab refuses to comply, sue them.
If the lab complies, and the cycles are higher than 35, sue them.
We also know that test results from various labs are not uniform. One lab will say the patient tests positive; another lab will say negative. This fact has been an open secret in the testing community for decades.
Strategy: A lawyer has his client tested at several centers, in one day, in different locations, in different states—knowing that a different lab will process each test.
If the tests come back with different results, sue the labs.
What would happen if, say, 50 lawyers and their clients pursued these two strategies and sued? What would happen if a significant amount of publicity surrounded each lawyer and his client?
A breakthrough would occur. A huge number of people across the world would become aware that COVID PCR testing is rife with fraud.
Even if judges and courts refused to hear the cases, the publicity alone would provoke a major transformation in public insight.

We grow our grains using their natural biology. That means that we do not spray them with chemical fertilizers or pesticides or irrigate them. We just plant and let them fend for themselves, like they were meant to do in nature!
Increasing bio-diversity by having many different varieties and rotating crops decreases the ability of bugs or diseases to wipe out our harvest. Minimal tillage helps retain organic matter in the soil and builds up the soil's tore of nutrients and water holding capacity over time.
At the end of the season, we set aside some of the harvested grain to plant next year. Therefore, every season the varieties are getting more adapted to this climate and our farm's soil.

In this post, I want to help you tactfully refuse vaccines as a requirement for your work. This also will apply to testing.
So if your employer is brazen and ignorant enough not to know the law that they are violating by requesting you to be vaccinated as a term of your employment, first understand, that in Canada this is completely illegal. Knowing this, you can put this issue to rest.
However, if your employer does ask you, or state that if you refuse you will have to submit to testing on a regular basis, there is this law, that also states that it is illegal to require you to test. It is the GNA law of 2017 formerly known as Bill S-201.

Hodkinson was a general practitioner in the U.K. and Canada; staff pathologist at the Misericordia Hospital in Edmonton; a pathologist with the Medical Examiner’s Office in Edmonton determining cause of death; an assistant professor in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Alberta; the president of the Alberta Society of Laboratory Physicians; and was previously the CEO of a large private medical laboratory in Edmonton.

Fluoride is already found in good quantities in food. The hypothesis that tooth decay could be caused by fluoride deficiency made no sense to me. From there, I thought to myself that, by doing a deep review of the science in the field of fluoride, it would be easy to convince the health authorities that fluoridation was a serious scientific error. They haven't changed their position yet, but I have had the chance during all these years to meet a large number of eminent scientists with whom I have collaborated and extraordinary people who got involved. This enabled us to end fluoridation in virtually all cities in Quebec.
This brings me to today's topic: the legality of fluoridation. Health authorities claim to have the right to add a nutrient to foods to counter a nutritional deficiency that causes endemic disease in a population, such as the addition of iodine to salt, or vitamin D to milk. However, there is a serious flaw in the comparison between water fluoridation and food fortification, and that is the legal classification of chemicals used in fluoridation.
FLUORIDE FACT
Fluoridation chemicals are made primarily from products captured by the chimneys of pollution control systems of chemical phosphate fertilizer plants from fluoroapatite. In other words: the waste products from phosphate fertilizer production in an industrial environment. Fluoride also is NOT an essential nutrient for health.

The true story of the dangerous and ineffective Salk and Sabin vaccines in the 1950’s destroys one of the key myths of the entire Big Pharma vaccine business. It has great relevance for what we are being told today about experimental genetic-altering mRNA vaccines allegedly for covid19. This is in part a very personal story as I was diagnosed at age 5 in Minnesota with polio.

In 2020 Canada killed extrajudicially by lethal injection, 20 innocent, vulnerable people a day. In 2021 Canada expanded this people killing business to include disabled people who are not sick or dying naturally. In March 2023 Canada will further expand the targets of it's people killing business to kill people who are depressed, but who are not disabled or dying. Constitutional scholars say that Canada has the most unbridled people killing scheme in the world.
Why didn't you know? Why haven't you seen more about this in the mainstream media? How did this happen? If you do not agree to have your hard earned tax dollars spent on killing innocent, vulnerable Canadians write your Member of Parliament https://www.ourcommons.ca/en/contact-us or Senator https://sencanada.ca/en/senators/ and say so!
In 2020 Canada killed 7600 people, about 20 people a day or 2.5% of all deaths in Canada were caused by a doctor or nurse administering a lethal injection. That was before Canada expanded the targets of its people killing business to include disabled people, and soon it will kill depressed people who are not disabled or dying.
There is no legal or judicial review of state-sponsored killing of our most vulnerable citizens. This is against the objections of the United Nations, reputable disability rights groups and constitutional scholars.
You have a duty as a citizen to educate yourself about this barbaric practice now, not pretend not to know what was going on as many did when Hitler was carrying out his "Final Solution."

At a higher level as well, there is a carousel mentality as the federal government and department of Defense play Merry Go Round with Elon Musk—whose recent Twitter purchase has grabbed the headlines but is eclipsed by his larger Spacelink, Starlink, Tesla contracts; Lou says his contracts are so extensive we can consider Musk to be a part of the Federal Government.
Of note also is Larry Fink, CEO of Blackrock's Aladdin AI system which is subsuming whole spheres of the economy and is now stretching into the climate credits arena as well—huge subjects to further explore.
Then there's Peter McCullough with interests in Novavax who is speaking out now against the harms of the vaccine yet promoting Novavax—a subject to further explore as the need for viewers and consumers of information today increasingly calls for discernment and personal research and discovery.

A shocking revelation was made by clinical psychologist Jordan Peterson a few days ago when he said that the College of Psychologists of Ontario was about to revoke the license that permits him to practice as a psychologist in Canada. You might ask why, well here’s the reason the College gave. It said that Peterson needs social media re-education, and if he fails to comply with that under its rules, he would have his license revoked.
Now, one would wonder what connection there is between social media and practicing psychology, but this is where it gets more interesting. According to the College, Peterson needs some social media re-education because he criticizes Justin Trudeau and praises his opponent and leader of the Conservative Party of Canada, Pierre Poilievre. It’s shameful at this point that the reputable College would allow itself to be taken over by Liberal sympathizers and people with no care for freedom of speech or regard for all Canadians.
This is another way that Trudeau and his henchmen have devised to silence their critics and bring opponents to their knees. Some may argue that the prime minister has nothing to do with this and may even be ignorant of what is going on between Peterson and the College, but the news of what the College said broke out a few days ago. Surely, the prime minister cannot be so busy as to ignore a huge story that has his name entangled in it. Trudeau’s silence on this matter speaks volumes of the government’s knowledge of what is happening.

This food additive has been controversial since 2021, when the French Agency for Food, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety concluded that it could no longer be considered safe, the scientists explained in their discussion.
The European Union banned its use at the beginning of 2022. At that time, manufacturers were given six months to remove titanium dioxide from food products sold to European consumers.
But other countries’ regulatory agencies, including the Government of Canada and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, continue to insist that TiO2 isn’t harmful to human health.
However, as the Mexican scientists pointed out in their study, TiO2 has been shown to accumulate in human organs: It has been detected in the spleen and liver, found in the feces of newborn babies, and discovered in the mother’s placenta.

You may recall that there was a tremendous show of concern and resistance at the week-long licensing hearings in May/June 2022 for the giant radioactive waste mound at Chalk River. Those expressing concerns included five Algonquin First Nations, the City of Ottawa and Pontiac County, many non-governmental organizations, civil society groups and individuals. More than two-thirds of the oral interventions heard by the commission were opposed to the plan. The interventions were well-informed, articulate and full of substantive arguments against licensing the dump. The Indigenous Day in particular was very powerful.
After the hearings the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission took the unusual step of not making a decision and instead, "keeping the record open" for input on further consultations with First Nations until January 2023. This was an acknowledgement of the fact that consultation with Indigenous communities, on whose unceded territory the facility would be built, has been inadequate.
Last week the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission announced that it was extending the deadline for consultations with the Kitigan Zibi and Kebaowek First Nations to May 1, 2023 as requested by the two First Nations.
We are very grateful to our Indigenous friends and colleagues for standing firm in their commitment to protect the Ottawa River, or Kichi Sibi as it is known in the Algonquin language. In the follow-up to Indigenous Day at the hearings last spring, Algonquin Elder Claudette Commanda had this to say: "I cannot help but see one of our prophecies fulfilled. We unite together : Algonquin and Settlers to protect land, air and water. We come together in the Sacred Circle. May our united prayers and strength create the roadblock needed to stop this stupid plan to destroy the Ottawa River." May it be so.

John Trudell was a Native American author, poet, actor, musician, and political activist. He was the spokesperson for the United Indians of All Tribes' takeover of Alcatraz beginning in 1969, broadcasting as Radio Free Alcatraz. During most of the 1970s, he served as the chairman of the American Indian Movement, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
After his pregnant wife, three children and mother-in-law were killed in 1979 in a suspicious fire at the home of his parents-in-law on the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes Duck Valley Indian Reservation in Nevada, Trudell turned to writing, music and film as a second career. He acted in films in the 1990s. The documentary Trudell (2005) was made about him and his life as an activist and artist.

One of the things that I found striking over the course of the COVID psy-op was the extent to which people in First World countries seemed terrified of having unpopular opinions. This was not limited to liberals or to leftists, but it did seem more pronounced among this demographic.
It was extremely disconcerting to me. I have been fascinated by psychology for as long as I can remember, and I thought that I understood the human mind fairly well. What is organic radicalism?
Organic radicalism is a political philosophy which stands in direct opposition to industrial capitalism. Like anarchism it combines a fundamental critique of contemporary society with an alternative basis on which society could, and preferably should, be organised. As the term “radicalism” implies, it also embraces the need for pro-active engagement in the world in order to try to bring about the far-reaching social changes which it prescribes.
Why “organic”?
Organic radicalism is based on the idea of a living community, Ferdinand Tonnies’ Gemeinschaft, as opposed to the Gesellschaft of the capitalist state. We see this social organism as consisting of horizontal relationships and exchanges between free human beings, rather than on sterile hierarchy. It is a grass-roots, bottom-up, approach. In this vision of solidarity, interdependence, co-operation and mutual aid, the state and all kinds of fixed authority appear as obstructions to the harmonious workings of Gemeinschaft. Our radicalism is also organic because it is sourced from the idea of nature.
Why “radical”?
Orgrad is radical because it proposes fundamental change to society. Although inspired by some elements of our pre-industrial past, our vision is forward-looking. The drift to destruction is not inevitable – another future is possible if we can free our minds to imagine it. Orgrad is radical because it appreciates that the capitalist system has always done all in its power to destroy that vision of a non-capitalist world.

Recently, the McKinsey firm has been making headway for the wrong reason. It has been involved in a contractual agreement with Trudeau’s government and, during the course of this agreement, has collected approximately 101.4 million dollars for its consulting services to the government. That’s not the only part, though. The consulting firm has been involved in a couple of shady deals, which have been reported in a previous video that focused on the consulting firm. While it is incomprehensible how the firm got such a huge sum from the Trudeau administration just for consultation, the case of McKinsey is only a tiny part of the billions of taxpayers' money the government has spent on outsourcing jobs and tasks. McKinsey is an American company, and this says a lot about this Liberal government. Does Trudeau have no trust or belief in any of our local consulting firms that his government had to go overseas to get a consulting firm for whatever job they needed? Of course, this question might be irrelevant to you after you see what was uncovered in the video we did on the firm and Trudeau.
This Liberal government is known for having a bad habit when it comes to spending, and this is a vice that originated from the head of the government, the villain in modern Canadian history, Justin Trudeau. The news and evidence are there of this man’s wasteful nature and how he spends taxpayers’ money recklessly as though it was his own hard-earned cash. Maybe this is what happens when one has no clue about economic policies.

A not-so-silent battle has been raging between Alberta Premier Danielle Smith and the liberal government’s minions since last Thursday. Last week, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, CBC, which has continued to prove to be nothing more than the liberal government’s chief misinformation instrument, published a story alleging that Smith contacted a Crown Prosecutor in relation to a court case regarding border protests. According to sources that the CBC conveniently chose not to name, a staffer in the premier’s office reportedly sent a series of emails to the Alberta Crown Prosecution Service last fall. These phantom emails supposedly challenged prosecutors’ handling of cases connected to the Coutts border blockades and protests. The article continues by stating that Smith, upon assumption of office as the leader of the United Conservative Party and Premier of Alberta, asked to be briefed on the cases. Her office also allegedly sent emails critiquing prosecutors’ assessment of the charges and overall handling of the cases. The CBC essentially accused the premier of interfering with Crown independence by sending out these emails, which till now, are still missing. Well, not missing per se, more like they never existed, to begin with. Four days after the story was published, the CBC suddenly remembered an important update they failed to add to the original publication. The CBC did not see any of these phantom emails.

Canadians were called conspiracy theorists for questioning the Liberal Party’s links to the World Economic Forum (WEF). Gov’ docs show the Liberals quietly signed the WEF initiated “Agile Nations Charter” without parliamentary debate.
The Origins of the Agile Nations Charter
The WEF and the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) invited several countries and corporations to participate in the “Panel on Agile Governance for the Post-pandemic World” in November 2020. The Treasury Board Minister at the time, Jean-Yves Duclos, attended the panel on behalf of Canada “for discussions on agile regulation of emerging technologies.”
According to the government, Canada “provided input on early drafts of the Charter to inform the final version that was signed in November 2020.”
The Agile Nations is a forum for countries to collaborate on modernizing and streamlining regulations and technologies across borders — this includes a digital ID or digital passport program.
The WEF toolkit for this initiative says clearly:
“The Fourth Industrial Revolution offers the potential to change lives around the world for the better. But to realize this potential, a new approach to governance is needed.”
Canada’s Leading Role
Canada has volunteered to take the lead on the Agile Nations’ “Digital Credentials and Digital Trust Services” project.
The Trudeau government continues to operate below the radar of Canadians and outside of Parliament. The Agile Nations Charter did not get raised in Parliament before Canada signed on. It was signed when Canadians were distracted with COVID-19, when they were focused on getting through the pandemic and concerned about the violation of their Charter rights due to COVID measures.
The government had a leading role in the development of this Charter and its signing in November 2020, yet not even a press release was put out to inform the public of this WEF partnership.
All meetings of the Agile Nations have happened virtually, and it appears none of them have been made public.
