This Circular stipulates that experts and other professionals appointed as mediators are those who are highly trained, have practical work skills, have practical experience and in-depth theories in a particular field. such as psychologists, financial experts, intellectual property experts, etc.
In addition, the person appointed as a mediator must have knowledge of customs and practices, have a good reputation in the population community, specifically, someone who understands the culture, traditions, customs, practices and people of the community, have a close relationship and influence in the family lineage, ethnicity and population community, have the ability to gather and unite fellow community members within a certain scope that people in the community trust, have faith in, listen to, and follow.

Having an investment project approved for investment policies or granted an investment registration certificate

In line with district-level land use planning, investment projects included in the approved list of district-level annual land use plans

Having preliminary environmental impact assessment, environmental impact assessment (if applicable)

2. In addition, according to regulations on auction of land use rights, organizations participating in the auction must pay a deposit equal to 20% of the total value of the land plot or land area calculated at the starting price.

Regulations on content and implementation measures in digitizing records, results of handling administrative procedures and carrying out administrative procedures in the digital environment

Papers are components of dossiers that organizations and individuals submit to carry out administrative procedures; Results of inspection, verification and reply to opinions of agencies and units involved in the settlement of administrative procedures, unless otherwise provided for by specialized laws; The settlement results of administrative procedures are still valid according to regulations.

Note: Do not digitize papers and documents that have been issued by national databases, specialized databases, National Public Service Portal, Information System for handling administrative procedures. Ministries, provincial levels share in the form of data and have legal value; documents that are part of the dossier for handling administrative procedures shall be submitted in the form of copies, except for electronic copies certified from the originals; papers and documents that are only required to be presented when submitting administrative procedures; confidential documents.

Appendix I - List of consumables, medical equipment, and used vehicles banned from import and Appendix II - List of goods suspended from trading for temporary import, re-export and border-gate transfer in Circular No. 12 /2018/TT-BCT is replaced.
