Aeries Account Setup Instructions

  • Start at the Wilson C. Riles Middle School home page.�
  • Warning: If you do an internet search for “Homelink” or “Aeries,” you will likely end up on a page for a different school or district and these instructions will not work.�
  • Always use the Homelink/Aeries address from our school home page.

Step 1: Open a tab with your School Gmail

Step 2: Click back over to the other tab with the student links. Click on Homelink

Do Not X out of your email. ��You will need the inbox open later.

You can use the link under Student Links or the big button on the home page.��

Step 3: Click on Create New Account.

Step 4: Click Student and then Next.

Step 5: Fill in the boxes with your school email and a password. Then click Next.

  • Use the same password as your school email-your birthday password
  • Check your email address carefully-make sure it matches the sticker on page 4 of your agenda

Step 6: When you see this, CLOSE THE TAB WITH AERIES and go back to the tab with your Gmail

Step 7: Find the email from Aeries Account Verification. Click on “Confirm This Email Address”

(If the link takes you to a Homelink login page, try logging in)�

Step 8: Click Return to Login Page

Step 9: Enter the requested information.

Notes:

  • Student ID: Will be in your Agenda and on your ID card.
  • Phone number: It wants the first number that was put down on your emergency cart by your parent/guardian.
  • Verification Codes: Your English teacher will give this to you in class or you can get it from the Homelink letter the office prints for you.

Step 10: Enter the requested information.

Step 11: Click Next and you should see this screen. Close it.

Step 12: Try it out! Close all your tabs

  1. Go back to the school home page. �
  2. Click Homelink. �
  3. Log in. �
  4. Give your teacher a thumbs up sign�
