Graduation Requirements

Graduation is 225 Credits
Counselors are meeting with all Seniors thru English classes (9/19-9/27) and discussing credits and Post Grad Plan and selecting workshop for KOTC on October 12th. (Panoramic Picture, Seniors please attend)
Graduation Status Letters will be mailed out in October, please look out for them! You can also meet with your students counselor anytime!
Students know what classes they must complete in Plato for credit recovery if you need to make up credits for graduation or A-G requirements, deadline is May 27th!
May Fail list will be distributed in May to teachers and parents will be called if they are at risk of not graduating! Senior Check-out is June 5th. Grad Practice June 6th, 7th, 8th We want all your students to graduate June 9th!

Grad Night Event Tickets- The Fine Print

Student Participation Requirements:

Purchase ticket through ASB w/ Completed Permission Slip.

*Park Season /Annual Passes are not valid per venues for Grad Night experiences.

Students are REQUIRED to ride the bus to and from the event.
Students must have ID on them at all times.
Ticket purchase does not guarantee participation.

Per the Senior contract, students that are not permitted to participate in events due to attendance or discipline consequences will not receive a refund.

There are no refunds/exchanges/transfers on individual items in the packages OR GRADtivity Event Tickets.
Seniors attending any of the HHS GRADtivity trips MUST adhere to the Heritage High School Dress Code and the HHS Grad Night Event Dress Code (published at time of ticket sales. Subject to change).

Each student must turn in a signed contract
Failure to turn in a signed contract or failure to adhere to the contract may result in loss of some or all senior activities including but not limited to graduation

HHS Class of 2023

Senior Contract Highlights

Attend classes daily (no more than 10% unexcused absences

nor excessive tardies).

Follow all guidelines set down by the student handbook,

school administration, and staff. Failure to follow such guidelines,

including suspendable offenses, will be grounds for not participating in senior activities and/or graduation.

Wear the school approved cap and gown with no alterations or deviations. A failure to comply will result in exclusion from graduation ceremony participation.
Attend all graduation practices and give my full attention.
Pay all outstanding fees before I am allowed to participate in activities like prom, Grad Night, senior activities, and graduation.
Any suspension could result in a loss of some or all senior privileges.
If I am removed from a school activity for violation of this contract, no fees will be refunded.

Graduation Practices

Seniors must attend each day of the last week even though they complete their Senior Check out on Monday, June 5th by returning their books, chromebooks, and paid all outstanding fees, as well as, complete the Senior Survey.

Seniors will have Mandatory Graduation Practices during the last week of school.

June 6th - June 8th, from 8am to approximately 11am daily followed by various other senior and graduation related events such as cap and gown delivery and ticket distribution.
Please do not schedule appointments for students during this time.

Graduation

Heritage High School’s Class of 2023 Commencement Ceremony will be on Friday, June 9^th at 6pm in the Marion Ashley Stadium.

Gates open at 4pm for seating.

We are proud to announce that the Perris Union High School District will capture these memories and be sending out a complimentary DVD of the commencement ceremonies to each graduating senior.

We are expecting to provide each graduating senior with 5 tickets.
