Builds Confidence: Golf is a challenging sport, and the sport builds perseverance and confidence.
Great Exercise: One 18-hole round of golf leads to walking between 4-5 miles and burning between 800-1,400 calories.
Lifelong Sport: Golf is one of the few sports that doesn't end after high school. You get to learn how to play on a bunch of different golf courses and play them for free!
