One-to-One Planner – GAINS WORKSHEET

The purpose of this workshop is to focus on the 'Networks' component of the GAINS Worksheet (Goals, Accomplishments, Interests, Networks, Skills). By sharing this information, we gain a deeper understanding of our fellow referral partners. The more we know about each other, the stronger our relationships become, enabling us to give and receive more referrals.

  1. Select one person to take notes for this session and email those to all participants after the meeting.
  2. Each person set a timer for a total of 3 minutes and share Personal and Professional involvement you have in other Networks, Boards, Volunteering, Church, etc.
  3. Other participants please don’t interrupt, let them get through sharing. If you have questions, please set up a one to one. you can send them a chat and start planning that.
