Cycle of dealing with Change

Denial

The first stage of defense and shock. We do not want to believe that the change is happening.

Anger

when we realize that the change is real, we got angry and search for someone/something to be blamed for letting this change happen

Bargaining

We start bargaining to put off the change or find a way to get out of the situation.

Depression

When we realize that bargaining is not going to cancel the reality of the change sets in. so the person tends to feel sadness, fear, and other negative emotions.

Acceptance

When we understand that the change was required and mandatory ,we start to accept this change and dealing with it
