Coach Hoff (Baseball): Mental Imagery/ Self Video Library in your mind "see it happen" Mind reset to neutral to all video library to be accessed/ "Key performance terms"

Coach Veteto (B/G Tennis): Well Better How/Concentration Grids/Boat Crews for goal setting and accountability partners

Coach Hurtado (B/G Soccer): Reverse goal engineering / Well Better How / Start Stop Continue / Concentration Grids

Coach Johnson (Softball): Performance based point helmet stickers

Coach Millard (XC/Track): Performance based beads for PR's and Records, etc.; Core Principle based beads for our team core principles; Signal lights (cross-country...I haven't done this with track yet); Boat Crew leadership using smaller groups with captains in fun competition and covenant discussion in practice, competition, and community.

Coach Binge (Bowling): Each player has a journal and records, Well, Better, How. After practice and after matches; Mental Performance Daily podcasts; We concentrated on SELFLESS: WE OVER ME as bowling has a tendency to emphasize the individual; We will start Mental Imagery next season.

Coach Sanchez (Cheer): Concentration Grids / Boat Crews using Habit Share to check in on Process over Outcome goals and tasks / Goal Boards with Stunt Groups / Start Stop and Continue

Coach Juarez (Boys Basketball): Players faithfully use the Start, Stop & Continue Strategy at halftime prior to coaches arriving. coaches review and affirm some of their points as well as add to their discussions; we listen to Brian Chain’s podcast and discuss prior to starting our practices.

Coach Welch (Girls Golf): Be on Time, Integrity, Respect, Process over Outcome

Coach Davis (Volleyball): Habit Share with boat crews, concentration Grids, well better how journals, practice shirts as creating unity, "Atta Girl" shout outs from the team/athletes at practice after each game
