• Six internal Synch&Schedule Meetings have been organized in order to coordinate and direct the SMART4ALL WP3 Efforts.

• Partners were active in conceptualizing and supporting different tools, key services and developing the infrastructures that will ensure the growth of SMART4ALL Community, as well as collecting data needed
• Upgrade and full-scale launch of the SMART4ALL MarketPlace, its real time activation and its active valorization by the hand of third parties, development of Catalogue.

As part of this task, the SMART4ALL approach will be presented in at least four EEN events where targeted discussions are expected to occur.

• Continuous organization of international and regional webinars specifically aimed at SMEs specifically targeted to SMEs
• Allocation of resources to SMEs by large in accordance with the project plan

• Through coordinated action a strong network of direct communication with SME’s on local level has been established thanks to which a lot of SMEs joined the SMART4ALL network.

• Improved the matchmaking mechanism, and continued to advertise it in order to enable breakage across regions and countries.

• Provided tips and matchmaking services to potential applicants

• Provided coaching services to the PAE winners

• Provided Matchmaking both within and outside SMART4ALL matchmaking system.

• Organized and participated on national and regional satellite promotional events in local language

• Establishment of regional contact persons
• Following a trend of regional webinars in local languages which has been sucessfuly established by MCN and which helped bring SMART4ALL closer to regional audiences, especially in SEE, building regional ecosystems.
• Organization of regional and international conferences (MECO,SSCPSIoT, HiPAEC) which helped strenghten the regional ecosystems and connect international systems

• All project partners were very active in this task and they succeeded to communicate the project vision to third parties by:
• Presenting the project successfully and linking with ecosystem actors at numerous events among which stand out the SMART4ALL Special Session at CMBEBIH (23/4/2021), Innnovation in Western Greece and supportive entities (18/3/2022), SMART4ALL stand at European Projects Fair which was held on (28/5/2022), and others described in T3.2 and T3.3.
• Circulation of dissemination material as well as promotional material, FAQs, in local languages helped improve and make regional audiences aware of the SMART4ALL project.
• Other sort of regional presence better described in WP2 and WP3 deliverables.

• Generally very intensive growth of the SMART4ALL Ecosystem (*quadrupled the number of ecosystem members from the end of the first reporting period!)
