P.A.I.D. WORKSHOP - IMPROVEMENT

We are discussing two areas during this workshop. One is continuing with the GAINS acronym. We use this during our one to one strategy meetings. It stands for Goals, Accomplishments, Interests, Networks and Skills. We’ve take a letter a week to share during the workshop. This week we’re focused on the letter “I” for Interests AND from the education the letter “I” for Individual improvement. This helps learn more about fellow referral partners. The more we know about each other, the stronger the relationships and we can refer more. Total time for workshop = 10 min.

P.A.I.D. WORKSHOP - IMPROVEMENT

  1. Partner with someone in the meeting. Each person set a timer for a total of 5-Minutes and share what are your personal and professional “Interests” AND what is an area you’d like to improve your networking skills to be a better BNI referral partner? (is that focus on inviting others to network, taking more training, attend live coaching webinars, listen to the education, have more purposeful one to ones, connect during the week with other members, attend networking events with your fellow members, etc.).
  2. During the “contribution portion” where we have 30 seconds to share testimonials and referrals participants also add one interest and one area of improvement of their partner.
