The U.S. workforce challenge

Non-Residential Construction

An estimated $3.5 trillion non-residential construction built between now and 2025.

    • Drives a peak labor demand of 5.2 million non-residential construction workers
    • Current non-residential construction workforce: 4.6 million workers
    • A potential deficit of 600,000 to meet projected demand.

The Aging Workforce

19% of our skilled workforce are eligible to retire in the next 5 years.

We must:

    • Harvest and transfer their knowledge to the next-in-line workforce
    • Get laser focused on recruiting and training the next-in-line workforce to replace them
