McGill Delegation for the Quebec Engineering Games

  • EUS Committee that forms delegation for the Quebec Engineering Games
  • 46 delegates from McGill (400+ total)

  • Went super well 🩸

  • Supposed to happen in January before e-week
  • Cancelled :(

Quidditch event

  • Happened in person at Jeanne-Mance Park
  • Had BEvERage sponsors

  • Delegation was able to attend events in the fall sem.
  • Blood drive and quidditch went really well
  • Lots of participation and hype

  • Hosted a big collaborative networking event with all departments on Zoom
  • 200+ participants
  • 50+ company representatives / guests / alumni

  • CRD was able to sign deals with a few companies

  • I was not involved in the corporate relations portfolio - the CRD worked more with VP Finance

  • Coordinate our participation to CEC
  • More participation with CFES and QCESO affairs
  • More promo for conferences
  • Work to improve participation from QC schools in CFES affairs
  • More work on corporate relations
  • Choose committee chairs for next year
