What barriers did you experience?

As I explained 2 questions prior, no communication regarding provider, when or if the appointments would resume or if I would be reassigned to another therapist. It felt as though I had been left to handle my own mental well being with no options or explanations. I was broken and found i needed to handle whichever way possible to fix my own mental wellbeing.

Lack of transportation to doctor's appointments.

Doctor appointment hours. Case management hours foodbank hours

Pain management & mental health are hard to get & they've started restricting meds that work for many (controlled substances)

my Insurance was canceled

Healthcare insurance- I have a Medicare/Medicaid plan and a lot of providers don’t take them

20% co pay from Medicare with no supplemental insurance

Made to much. However I reapplied

Ride to appointment

No health insurance.

Hard to get ppl to listen

No one knew how to explain the status of my provider or when they would resume speaking to clients. No one called or sent any type of letter. With no communication or explanation when calling, it felt a bit alarming that I was dropped to handle everything all on my own without any type of preparation.
