THE STEPS

3. When ready, fill out the Google form. Ko-Fi offers should be on Ko-Fi instead.
4. If you receive a response from me, I will make the say on the final price. That’s when I send an invoice for you to make a payment.
5. I will notify you once I begin to start on your request. Keep in touch with me as you check out my Trello List for updates.
6. Art should be done within 1 - 5 weeks (unless specified).

Terms of Service, General Information

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

You may cancel your commission one week after you have made your first payment. On my end, I reserve the right to abort your commission at any time if I can no longer complete your work due to personal circumstances, including but not limited to busy schedules, health issues, and prolonged demotivation.

• If no work has commenced, you receive a full refund.
• If work has already commenced:
• If you have paid the full price, the amount you receive depends on the amount of completeness before I consider finished, starting at 50% and decreasing from there.
• In split payments, there are no refunds.

Clients who exhibit generally offensive or uncooperative behaviour will not be refunded for any reason and will also be permanently banned from commissioning me in the future.

THE PAYMENT & PROCESS

• Stripe or Paypal only. Services processed on VGen come with an additional 5% fee.
• You can only order one commission offer at a time.
• Commissions that are less than $150 USD are expected to be paid upfront and in full. For anything higher, you have the option to pay in split amounts at each stage.
• Once accepted, I will send an invoice to your email.�You must fully pay the first invoice within the next 48 hours, or your slot may go to someone else!
• Turnaround time will be 1 - 5 weeks from the start of commencing your commission unless specified. This does not factor in any wait times whenever my work is pending for your response, so it is your responsibility that you communicate to me ASAP so that I can finish your commission quicker.
• Working progresses (WIPs) are publicly posted onto my Trello board in order for you to see my progress. You are allowed to have TWO free revisions per each stage, but every substantial change after that will charge you starting with $5 USD or more.

Terms of Service, Completed Work

✔ YOU CAN…

Use it for personal purposes (i.e. displaying it as an icon, banner, wallpaper or anything considered as decoration, as well as a gift for someone else). That being said, please provide proper attribution to me when necessary, with my handle being displayed and a site to my Carrd.co profile if applicable.

?? PLEASE ASK ME…

If you plan to display my art in spaces that may be commercial in nature (i.e. branding your business and monetary streaming).

❌ YOU CANNOT…

• Resell and redistribute my artwork for profit.
• Feed my artwork into any forms of generative AI.
• Use my artwork for unauthorized or malicious intent.
• Remove my watermark/claim that you drew the artwork.
• Modify the artwork and its corresponding rights.

If you are unsure whether or not what you’re doing may fall under these points above, please ask me first. I do not bite... much!

PROJECT COMPLETION

• Any confirmation indicating that it's a completed work are final, meaning I will not make any more changes after that stage.
• Finished works will be shown on Trello and delivered to you via email. Depending on the commission, they will also be posted in some of my social media platforms, but you may wish to tell me to keep them private instead.
• By receiving finished work, I still uphold full rights to the art that is made for you, the client, and/or anyone else that can be applicable based on the contents of the work. This includes displaying them as commission samples in the future.

Dos & Don’ts

✔ WILL DRAW

• Most character designs (anthro/furries and humanoids are most preferred).
• Mild gore and violence.
• Couples of any kind.

❌ WILL NOT DRAW

• Stolen and/or re-coloured characters (I will background-check your socials).
• +18 NSFW.
• Heavy gore.
• Real people.
• Fetishes.
• Anything with hateful, illegal, political and/or any other generally sensitive depictions.
• Anything deemed too overwhelmingly complicated or �beyond my capabilities.
• Anything that personally makes me feel uncomfortable.

*Be mindful that this is a general list! I review and decide every request I receive in a case-by-case basis, meaning I may ask you to adjust your request to a level I can work with if needed.

DIGITAL ILLUSTRATIONS

PALETTE SPLASH

$40 usd

Defined with rough splashes of colours upon black and white, creating a bold and nearly monochromatic look. No shading is actually added, just a clever use of particular colour placement!

CHARACTER

A fully-coloured render of your character. Transparent version will also be provided.

Additional charges:

• Props/powers: +$10 per character.
• Additional characters:
• +Base price depending on their size.
• Abstract background (BG):
• Simple: +25%.
• Complex: +50%.

The BG price applies onto the base price of the largest character. For example, if there are 2 characters present (1 full-body, 1 bust) in a complex BG, the +50% refers to the full-body (50% of $80 = $40).

DOODLE DUMP

$150 usd for 3 characters

A good opportunity for me to practice honing on one character and capture their personalities in extreme detail!

I am NOT building a character reference. Consists of multiple drawings of the character in different poses and expressions to capture their personality in one image, up to 5 maximum. These will only be coloured and cell-shaded.

• Extra character: +$50 each; max 5 characters in a drawing in total.
• Props/powers: +$10 per character.

SCENIC

$200–$300 usd

A cinematic shot of your character, featuring a detailed background. Intended to be dynamic and wallpaper-worthy. :]

Final price heavily depends on the complexity of the request, taking into consideration on factors like perspective, posing, character/background detail, how much the character is being shown and the amount of effects applied (ie. lighting and shading).

• Additional characters: Double the final price for normal to large-sized characters, +25% for small characters (ie. pets, animals, etc.).

ANIMATED DOLL

$110–$150 usd

A new option intended to replace the animated pixel doll. A transparent version will be provided.

These sprites are large (i.e. over 1500px tall!), meaning they can be scaled to other sizes without losing quality.

MISCELLANEOUS OFFERS

CHIBI PIXEL SPRITES

$30 usd

Derived from my army of old pixel icons, they have now become an an offer of an individual pixel sprite.

These are drawn from a body base and will only carry a blinking animation if applicable. The base can always be adjusted to accommodate specific features if needed.

Beyond these listed offers, I have more than 3 years in graphic design and game development experience, meaning I am open to custom, large-scaled projects such as:

• Character sprite sheets and related game assets.

Please note that this requires discussion beyond usual means and I will be very particular on who to work with, as I have my own dedicated priorities limiting my available time and energy each day. ANIMATED PIXEL DOLL

$130–$180 usd

A popular choice where your character gets to move!

Maximum size is 300px in either dimension; price depends on sprite size and complexity.

• Additional characters: +50% of the final price for normal to large-sized characters, +25% for small characters (ie. pets, animals, etc.).
• Magical particles, facial expressions, colour changing, and hovering animations are acceptable.
• Substantial frame-by-frame movement such as fluttering clothes/hair, flapping wings, moving limbs/tail, and transformation powers are reserved only for idle sprites and therefore will not be accepted.

IDLE SPRITE

$160–$230 usd

The kind of sprite animation you see in fighting games where each movement is more articulate and frame-by-frame to make your character feel expressive compared to the pagedoll!

​

You will be provided with the original size (approx. 100px - 200px in height, depending on the character) and the 200% enlarged, both with and without particle effects.

​

Unlike the animated dolls, no more than 1 character is allowed in a single piece for this commission.
