Hand drill - drilling small precise holes

Vacuum former - uses heat and a vacuum to form thermoplastics.

Place the former on the platen of vacuum former. | |
Clamp the HIPS securely above the former. | |
Place the heating elements over the HIPS until it softens. | |
Remove the heat, raise the platen and turn on the vacuum. | |
Once cool, remove the former from the moulded HIPS. | |
