Lidl is a German discount supermarket chain, one of the major retail operators in Europe. Our Client needed to improve the process for managing work accidents, integrated in the Safety and Health Policy.

Luz Saúde is one of the main private healthcare providers in Portugal – with a network of over 30 units (including 14 large hospitals) and a revenue of 274 million Euros in 2018’s first quarter alone, it is one of the major players in this sector.

Our Client wanted to enhance and optimize their business processes – via digital transformation

We designed and implemented two solutions that greatly enhanced their business processes and operations.

AFH – application that integrates the Client’s complex billing system with other healthcare players systems (ADSE, for instance), making sure all the requirements are met for a seamless billing process.
