Operation:

Arrow is fired at any surface or object; aim is unimportant as long as arrow hits within 10 feet of target. When arrow strikes a surface, the tube containing a Portable Hole is forced into the Bag of Holding, and the device self-destructs as it opens a rift in the Astral plane and sucks anything within 10 feet into the rift, destroying an entire 10-foot radius sphere around the point of impact.

Operation:

• Device is dropped over area.
• Attacker flies away from area.
• Device descends on parachute.
• Both bags can be same size with the lower “small bag” a crumpled or compressed.
• Small bag hits the floor, is guided by the rods into the open end of the large bag above as it settles over the small bag.
• When the small bag is fully inside the large bag, a massive explosion results. (does it?)
