Dear ALA 2016-2017 Theatre Parents,
We have an upcoming event on May 26th, and I need your help! We would like to have concessions the evening of our final theatre production showcase. We need your donations! Please feel free to email/call or text me to sign up to bring cupcakes, cookies, or other items. We will have coffee and pastries for sale. Additionally, an invitation and a postcard is going out regarding this event. Please make sure to R.S.V.P on the Thespian Induction Invitation. We would like to have as many guests as possible. Each student will fill out five different postcards to mail to our favorite theatre patrons. I have asked each student to bring in 5 addresses this week. Our proceeds will help our summer camp, or fall production, and more.
During our evening, you will learn about next year’s theatre season, the Texas Thespian Conference in November, and a trip to New York City!
Join the theatre students and I to celebrate all the successes and great new adventures this year and next.
