K-5th Grade

Parents and Guardians

Welcome to the 2021-2022 School Year

Alice Boucher Elementary is PROUD to share with you our Multi Tiered System Support (MTSS). MTSS gives us a new way to think about behavior.

Across our campus we will follow 4 simple classroom rules (listed to the left).

Each week students will begin the week with 8 positive behavior points. When students are caught following the expectations they can earn additional positive behavior points +2. When students need redirection and behavior consequences -1 points will be deducted.

At the end of each nine weeks students will receive a letter grade for the DOJO percentage of positive points earned. Remember, all students begin each week with 8 points and 100%!

In addition, at the end of each week students will be rewarded with BOBCAT bucks for positive behavior. Each week the following process will occur.

  1. Students will turn in 10 BOBCAT Bucks to their teacher on Monday.
  2. On Tuesday, a sticker will be placed in the student's planner/agenda to notify parents of the next day reward.
  3. On Wednesday students will participate in the reward listed.

At the end of each nine weeks, student who have met the criteria

will be rewarded with a end of the nine weeks reward.

Please review the perks and systems and talk to your student

about positive behavior. Thank you for being a part of our team!
