Transportation Protocols Andrew

Transportation to and from an away Track and Field Meet

  • We are allowed 52 people on a bus.
  • Some meets will require two buses
    • One bus will usually leave earlier - watch for the early release list

If you are planning on taking your child home from a meet, you will need to fill out the Parent Transportation form prior to leaving the meet.

  • Must only transport your student
  • Check-out with Coach Kuehl or Coach Garvey before you leave.
  • If you have trouble finding one of us, please find another coach and they will contact us to meet up with you.

Practice Expectations Matt

  • We will be meeting up on the Track weather permitting
  • Practice starts @ 3:50pm and will go to about 6:00pm
  • Prepare to run in the elements
    • Bring WARM CLOTHES
    • Will communicate if practice plans change via email and on Canvas
  • Please communicate with Coach Garvey and Coach Kuehl when you will not attend practice.
    • Absence Form and communication to head coaches
    • Be proactive with your communication
  • Look at posted workouts on Canvas
    • All information will be posted here

2025 Track and Field Schedule

  • Meets:
    • Multiple meets within a week
    • Not all athletes compete in each meet
      • Meet line ups will usually be posted on Sunday night
    • Plan according with weather and bringing snacks on meet nights.
    • Show Spartan Pride
    • Home Meet Volunteers
      • We are hosting multiple meets this year!!!
    • All athletes will work ONE Middle School Meet
  • Other important dates
    • Picture day - will be better this year
    • Banquet - please set this date aside

  • Locker rooms will be available. Please use these and also bring a lock for your valuables.
  • Come prepared:
    • Bring warm clothes (pants, long sleeves, rain jacket)

  • Spartan Speedsters Track and Field Camp
    • Week of June 16th-20th - 3:00 - 5:00pm
    • Great opportunity to give back to the program
