Why Portfolios?
WHAT IS AN E-Portfolio or Digital Portfolio?
An eportfolio is an electronic collection of your work that is a direct representation of your skills, talents, and interests.
For the purpose of this class the portfolio will allow you to showcase the work you created in class and share with your teacher, family of potential employee.
When you complete your eportfolio you will have a showcase of your very best work and an effective tool to demonstrate your skills and accomplishments to professionals in the field. Separate or as an extension of this class you will have the ability to create and add your resume and other areas of interest.

Components for Graphics

Note: Each element below includes only a brief description. You will receive more detailed guidelines and expectations for each component as they are assigned throughout the year. In addition, you may choose to add items that are not on this list (certificates, awards, etc.). You will just need to strike a delicate balance between showing a complete picture of yourself and overloading your portfolio so that an interviewer doesn’t get the chance to review your most significant work samples.
