For my vacation I will be visiting Savannah Georgia. Here, there will be many fun activities and sights to do and see. I will be traveling with a budget of $4,000. Hopefully I will be able to get good experiences for what I paid for! I can’t wait to embark on this amazing journey.
To get to Savannah Georgia, I will be taking a plane. I will be flying on April 13th on a direct flight from PVD to SAV at 5:45 am on Southwest Airlines. This flight will arrive at 10:00 am allowing time to check-in to the hotel and sight-see the city as well as get in at a reasonable time if the flight is delayed.

I will be staying at a 5 star luxury resort called Perry Lane Hotel. Their popular amenities include an outdoor pool, air conditioning, laundry service, restaurant and bar, gym and fitness center, shopping/stores, 24 hour room service, game room, and boutique. The final cost for all of these amenities plus two queen beds for 4 days and 3 nights is $1,763.70.

I will be renting a Compact SUV Electric for a final total of $496.00. Although everything is within walking distance in Savannah the rental car will help with airport transportation and a possible visit to Savannah’s all-famous Tybee Island which is 17.6 miles from the heart of town.

One of Savannah’s main tourist attractions is its ghost history/tours. There are many opportunities to view these flashbacks into Savannah’s history and have scary ghost encounters, thus I will be going on a ghost trolley tour all around Savannah! The trip will include a narrated tour as well as many open-air photo opportunities from the trolley.
This is the Andrew Low house. It is suspected to be haunted and if you take a picture of a mirror you will be able to see a spirit appear in it after.

Since Savannah Georgia is home to so many flavorful foods and drinks I will be visiting Savannah Square Pops since they offer pop making/eating classes! It is a narrated activity and while you learn to make pops you also get to hear about the machinery and processes involved in making the popsicles. This excursion will cost $20 per person.
BUDGET=$4,000
For the third excursion I will be going on a dolphin tour from 4:00 to 6:00pm at night. There will be countless photo opportunities and hopeful dolphin sightings. The total cost of this amazing 2 hour experience is $463.28.

3% of the budget will go to food. That is approximately $120 each day and a grand total of $480 out of the $4,000 budget. In Savannah I will be able to enjoy the all-famous fried chicken and much more for this price.

These are just a few foods that are common around Savannah.
5% of the budget will be spent on miscellaneous, approximately $200 total. The miscellaneous will include souvenirs or any unexpected problems that may occur during the trip.

After doing research and planning the trip I look forward to going even more! I have found so many fun things to do in Savannah for such a good price, that I have an extra $155.75 left! With this, I can’t wait to see what Savannah has to offer and what great experiences the trip holds!
