  2. Highlight/note the bullet points in each direction with which you identify
  3. If you clearly identify with one direction, skip to Step 5
  4. If there is not a clear direction you identify with, read the in-depth descriptions of the leadership styles and choose the one that you most closely relate to
  5. Read a more in-depth description of your identified Leadership Style and answer the reflective questions
