Third Wave Coffee focuses on the art of brewing and the ethics behind their supply sources. Operators of third wave coffee shops deal only with fair trade coffee, sourcing beans directly from farmers or agricultural communities. This ensures that the farmers themselves are duly compensated for their labor instead of splitting their income with a third-party reseller.

  • Owners Jan Dayle and Nikki Banaag discovered their love for coffee in an unconventional way.
  • Used to be unsophisticated fans of 3-in-1 coffee packets, Jan and Nikki developed an appreciation of real Philippine coffee through the local coffee farmers they met during their frequent travels to North Luzon.
  • To establish consumer knowledge, the two launched Theater-Style blends display and 39-peso brewed coffee. In effect, customers went curious and began patronizing the beans. Through word of mouth, there was a drastic increase in patronage and connection with the brand.
  • Advocating “Love for Coffee, Love for People”. Dayle and Nikki relentlessly educated their customers about PH coffee and the highland farmers. Consequently, the clamor increased and they opened few more branches in Bacolod, Cebu, Iloilo and Manila.
  • In 2019, Little Farmers Coffee Brim has reached 11 stores nationwide and launched in franchising through Francorp.
  • Together, they work hard to be the top brand in bringing all kinds of highlands coffee and continue to promote the great, booming and rewarding coffee industry of the country.
