Dr. Shirley Yeung is a veteran IEMA approved sustainability (CSR) practitioner, experienced ISO9000 Principal Auditor, AQIP Assessor, US and HKCAAVQ Subject Specialist. With on-going publications and global collaborations on United Nation Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs), UNOSSC and UNPRME, Dr. Yeung has been recently invited as a task force member for UNESCAP/ EBAC-ESBN / Banking and Finance Task Force, and also acts as a member of the collaboration committee for the civil society consultation for UN Development System review process. She was also invited by Harvard University, HPAIR to deliver a seminar on "Entrepreneurial Spirit and Sustainable Mindset".

In 2019, Dr. Yeung awarded The Best Professor in Business Studies by HK Educational Leadership Award. In 2017, Dr. Yeung was appointed as the Associate Vice President (AVP), UNESCO, Hong Kong Association. She was also the winner for The Second Global Young Leadership Award organized by Yazhou Zhoukan Magazine (亞洲週刊). In 2023, Dr. Yeung was nominated as Local Change Maker by ICENECDEV, UN Global Compact Member.
